John Simpson, President

With over 24 years experience operating a landscape construction business, John has successfully groomed the Twin-City Interloc enterprise from a small interlock company to a full-service contracting firm that has achieved high recognition in both the commercial and high-end residential sector.

John’s passion for his business flows into all areas of his life. He enjoys golf, is a loyal fan of the Kitchener Rangers and has a love affair with Harley Davidsons. When he isn’t riding, he can often be found in the kitchen creating sumptuous delicacies. His love of great food and fine wine was first encouraged in the early 80’s when he studied at Ryerson College. In both his business and personal life, he clearly possesses a high level of integrity and the spirit of sharing and giving. His ongoing commitment and involvement with a number of charitable organizations, keeps him focused on what’s important.

John defines success as, “Having the freedom to play the way I want, have friends I can count on, and leave a mark on the world”. As his customers and friends will tell you, he plays and works with the same level of intensity and passion and continues to make his mark.
